Purchasing materials directly from the manufacturer or distributor eliminates up to three layers of mark up: Manufacturer to Distributor to Subcontractor to General Contractor to Owner. The logistics of direct material procurement requires systems and know-how, which Sazcon has built over the last decade. We understand that our customers have different requirements when it comes to procuring materials. The ability to contract with local as well as national suppliers on your own terms gives you the flexibility to meet your specific needs. Sazcon covers all material procurements from plumbing, building and electrical to hiring of scaffolding and machinery.

Located in Kumbo Park, Near Shadbagh underpass, Ring Road, Lahore, with easy access to major highways. We have production facility for cold forming, Light Gauge Steel Sections and design specific hot rolled sections.   We have dedicated sand blast facility producing surface as per ISO 3.07 standards. Sazcon Engineering is one of the very few PEB owning dedicated paint booth with moisture resistant UV lights giving controlled environment during painting and coat operations.
